Do you struggle with low energy? Do you need a structured plan to help you be more consistent? Would you like to master the core skills necessary for a healthy body and a healthy mind? This training program will teach you the basics and set you up for success.

You don’t need a gym membership or tons of equipment. All you need are two lightweight or medium-weight kettlebells. (This program has also been adapted for one kettlebell if necessary.) If you don’t have kettlebells, I recommend this pair as a good starter set.

If you have kettlebells but still don’t feel ready, well, that’s the mental health skill we’ll be working on: getting comfortable with being uncomfortable.

In this 8-week training program, you will:

  • Develop healthy habits for long-term physical and mental well-being
  • Master the core foundational moves necessary for safe, effective strength training
  • Deepen your confidence in your physical and mental strength

Every week you will complete one 25-35 minute full-body strength training session. Every 2 weeks you will progress to a new routine, giving your body time to adapt and grow stronger. The program includes detailed descriptions of each move, as well as a video of how to perform each move.

Throughout the 8-week program, I am here to help you succeed. I can:

  • Correct your form
  • Modify the exercises to your ability
  • Provide moral support
  • Answer any questions or comments you may have

What Do I Need?
