The online programs can be accessed whenever and wherever you have internet access. Videos demonstrating and explaining the exercises are included. The programs also include a PDF that you can download for offline access.
The PDF-only programs only come with a PDF and are not in an online platform. They include links to videos demonstrating all of the exercises.

Pull Up Training
The Beginner Pull Up training program will help you master the pull up. You are physically capable of performing a pull up even if you have struggled in the past.
