Build a beautiful, strong, athletic physique that moves with better stability and balance! No need to travel to a gym. Workout at home or in fresh air and sunlight using kettlebells, dumbbells, and bands.

You will perform a few jumps in your warmup and basic movements using weights. You can do this program if you have no experience using kettlebells. Most movements are performed in a well-controlled tempo consisting of squats, lunges, hinging, pushing, and pressing. You will not see complicated exercises that require advanced techniques or skills.

You will complete 4 full-body strength training session 4 times a week through the entire 8-week program. The recommended schedule is to perform two lifting sessions back-to-back with one active recovery day in between. The exercises you perform will remain the same throughout the 8-weeks; this will give your body time to adapt, grow stronger, and move better.
Most of the movements in this program include compound lifts for both the lower and upper body, plus unilateral movements to improve muscle imbalances. Every session will include core-specific exercises to give you a well-rounded workout.

*This program can be performed by a total beginner. You will need to be willing to learn proper lifting technique and form when performing the exercises.

*You will need one set of light kettlebells or dumbbells, one set of medium kettlebells or dumbbells, and optional set of heavy kettlebells or dumbbells. You will need 2 light-medium bands.
