Description
Having a strong core makes you better and more efficient at everything you do. You will improve your athletic performance, balance, stability, and reduce your risk for injury in your daily living activities.
This program will help you continue to make progress on the foundation of strength in the previous 1.0 and 2.0 core programs. You will perform basic core exercises you’ve already mastered with weight. I bring creativity to those exercises to make the training fun and interesting. The goal of the program is to perform the exercises you see repeated in workouts with slightly more weight, better form, and improved range of motion to get strong and build muscle.
This program can be done at home or at the gym using minimal equipment. You will need a few dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, light weight plates, dip bars, pull up bar and optional TRX Suspension trainer.
Each workout will take 10-15 minutes to complete. Each week consists of 5 core specific workouts with a weekly challenge to finish off the week.
You will be able to view HD video demonstrations with form tips and modifications so you will understand how to execute every exercise with the proper form.
