Description
You will build lean muscle, gain strength, and improve muscle imbalances all while not sacrificing aesthetics. If you want to move well and look good at the same time, then this is the program for you.
This 8-week program consists of 4 full body strength training sessions per week that last 45-60 minutes. The workouts are meant to be performed two days in a row with 2 recovery days in between.
This program isn’t meant for a total beginner. You need to understand proper lifting technique and form when using barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises.
You will need to have a squat rack, a bench, barbell with weight plates, a range of kettlebells and dumbbells, pull up bar, and one light-medium band.
