Welcome to Quiet Strength Fitness
I’m a personal trainer in Duluth, Minnesota. I want to help you be ready to tackle any challenge you’ll encounter while being physically active. Whether that’s being strong enough to lift a heavy pack on your shoulders, portaging a canoe for a mile, or having enough stamina to keep up with your kids.
My training programs are designed to help your body adapt to the demands you’ll encounter when the going gets tough. You’ll be more prepared to be self-sufficient and safe. My workouts are fun, engaging, achievable, and offer variety.
What is Quiet Strength Fitness?
Quiet Strength Fitness is founded on 2 Core Principles



Core Principle #1: Move & Feel Better
Being physically fit is more than a number on a scale or how you look in the mirror. I will teach you fitness skills to help your body move and feel better. You’ll develop functional strength and endurance to live your life to the fullest.
Core Principle #2: Fitness Shouldn’t Be Complicated
Fitness should be empowering and open to everyone. It shouldn’t be overwhelming or convoluted, and it shouldn’t require an entire gym’s worth of machines. My Quiet Strength Fitness programs will get you to peak physical fitness using only a few highly effective tools: your own bodyweight, a pull up bar, resistance bands, a pair of kettlebells, and a barbell.
