This program is designed for anyone looking to build functional core strength and stability while building a six pack, improving athleticism, torching calories, and improving everything you do in life inside and outside the gym.
Whether you’re an average gym goer or advanced athlete, this program is right for you! These workouts can be done at home or at the gym as it requires minimal equipment. A few dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and (optional TRX Suspension Trainer) is all you need to get awesome results.
Each workout ranges between 10-15 minutes long and can be thrown in at the end of workout or at a separate time during the day. Each week consists of 5 workouts with a weekly challenge to finish off the week. Each exercise is in full HD video with instructions outlining proper form and modifications so you can perform the exercise at your fitness level correctly.
